SMW Group uses HubSpot, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, to manage interactions with our customers and potential customers. HubSpot helps us track communications and collect data about your activities on our website to personalize our services and improve your experience. Such processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing and administering our customer relationships, marketing ourselves to and communicating with potential customers. If you are a customer of SMW Group, or a representative of a customer, the personal data processed about you in relation to HubSpot will be stored for the duration of the customer relationship and for a maximum of 2 years after the termination of the customer relationship. If you are a potential customer of SMW Group, or a representative of a potential customer, the personal data processed about you in relation to HubSpot will be stored for a maximum of 2 years since our last contact from you.
On certain occasions, for example in connection with webinars, digital events or collaborations, we may share certain personal data (such as name, email address or professional role) with our partners, invited guests or co-organizers. This is done when it is necessary to enable or administer the event, and in accordance with applicable data protection rules. Such sharing is conducted based on our legitimate interest in providing and administering events and collaborations.
