I work with the company's internal communications as much as external projects for clients. If I get an idea for something new, I know that my colleagues and bosses pepper me and say “fun, we are testing!”. There are no limits to what we can do — the sky is the limit.

Personally, I've developed a lot in my two years here. I was quite shy and cautious at first, today I dare to embrace and believe in myself. I have SMW Group to thank for that.

As an intern at SMW Group, you really get a holistic view of what sales is all about — from making cold calls and booking meetings to holding customer meetings yourself. You get really good tools to develop quickly, thanks to great coaching and nice colleagues.
