Senior Recruitment Consultant

£30K - £37K, plus commission

We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to join our growing team in London, who understands the power of relationships, wants autonomy and has a genuine desire to help solve customers’ business problems.

Required from you:

  • Have 2-3 years’ experience as a 360 degree recruitment consultant and/or Account Management
  • Experience in delivering to blue-chip client base
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership of outcomes
  • Strong work ethic
  • A proactive approach to directly source the best talent for key accounts
  • Ability to quickly build solid relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in managing multiple roles without compromising candidate quality
  • Familiarity with using multiple candidate channels for direct sourcing
  • Able to work effectively on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Able to work under pressure with a “can do” attitude
  • Have a growth mindset
  • Have a genuine desire and passion to do a great job

  • 1st Stage – Initial call and face to face with Talent Acquisition Manager
  • 2nd Stage – Face to face interview with our Sales Director
  • 3rd & Final Stage – Face to face/Skype interview with Senior Directors
