We are looking for an inspiring leader and business developer to join us in forming and securing our journey ahead. You will lead a group of 4-5 business developers.

You will be responsible for SMB’s strategic agenda and roadmap, identifying and prioritizing opportunities as well as supporting the team in their respective streams and development. The SMB business development team has a broad set of responsibilities and it can range from setting strategies, Due Diligence, innovative testing, insights from market/competitor analysis to governance questions etc. You will work across and support our entire SMB business (relation sales, online sales and marketing).

We expect you to develop yourself, the team and the business in a rapid way!

Key responsibilities

  • Set and prioritize the strategic roadmap and secure delivery of key initiatives.
  • Build relationships across teams and departments.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Routinely prioritize; balancing the pursuit of opportunity and the application of resources appropriately for maximum benefit to the business.


  • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering with excellent academic record.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • 4+ years of business development, management consulting or comparable experience.
  • Open and involving leadership – true interest in developing the business, the team and the individuals. The right leader of high performing specialists.
  • Proven problem-solving skills: ability to structure complex issues and contribute with insights as well as to see the full picture.
  • Strong drive to realize improvements and courage to make the decisions required.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities; ability to multi-task is critical.
  • High ability to build relationships, trust and collaborations – down to earth mentality with true win as a team beliefs. Viewed as senior go-to-guy by team and colleagues.
