My role didn’t exist until recently, and I find it incredibly stimulating to be a part of deciding how we shall work with our clients. I have the privilege of working with a couple of our strategic accounts, so my role is about building strong relationships and mapping out the needs of our customers and how we can fulfill them in order to create long term success.

We also have a ping-pong table which is a great way of getting into the weekend spirit on Friday afternoons!”
